Rescue and Emergency Preparation
Equipment care, maintenance and storage
Practical Hands on to inspect fall arrest systems
Don and Doff of full body harnesses
Practical setup of Travel Restraint, Maintain 100% Tie-off, Fall Arrest Systems
The Working at Heights training applies to workers on construction projects who use any of the following methods of fall protection:
Travel restraint systems
Fall restricting systems
Fall arrest systems
Safety nets
Safety/Work belts.

Working at Heights (Renewal Course)

Don and Doff of full body harnesses
Practical setup of Travel Restraint, Maintain 100% Tie-off, Fall Arrest Systems
Only participants who have successfully completed a Working at Heights training program WAH (Full Course) delivered by an approved training provider are eligible to take this refresher training.
Workers who wish to ensure that their Working at Heights Certification remains valid must successfully complete refresher training within three years of the date that they successfully completed an approved program.
Workers who do not complete refresher training within three years may take it at any time after this three-year period to renew its validity. Workers who do not have valid Working at Heights training will be unable to work at heights on construction projects in Ontario.
