Ben started his career in the construction industry back in the early eighties. Ben received his Certificate of Qualification in the Trades of Cement Finisher and Construction Craft Worker. Ben spent many years on the tools as a craftsman and moved up into a supervisory role.
Ben provided supervision on a large number of construction projects in Southern Ontario. Ben was successful in managing a workplace of 1400 workers in one of Canada’s largest leading steel manufacturing facilities. Throughout his career, Ben received a scholarship from LIUNA Local 837 and The Workers Health and Safety Centre for his ability to instruct many sector-specific courses in Occupational Health and Safety. In continuing success, Ben became the training coordinator for one of Ontario’s largest mechanical firms.
Ben received approval from the Chief Prevention Officer as a training provider for Working at Heights in October 2015. Ben also provides training for various consulting firms throughout Canada.
Ben is an Approved Training Partner with the Canadian Red Cross to deliver First Aid and CPR courses since 2000. In 2004, Ben received his accreditation for The Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) for CH-02 Propane.
Ben has proudly achieved his Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) designation from the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers (CSSE).
Ben’s designations also include Construction Health and Safety Officer (CHSO) and Registered Professional Trainer (RPT).
Ben brings his expertise in hazard identification to address your workplace’s health and safety concerns and implement the appropriate programs to ensure compliance is met or exceeded. Ben is a leader in assisting organizations with improving their safety culture.

Alyxandra developed a passion for workplace health and safety growing up with a grandfather who survived a traumatic workplace accident. Alyxandra is a graduate of the Occupational Health and Safety and Pre-Health programs at Niagara College. Alyxandra has a specialized interest in industrial hygiene/toxicology and is currently enrolled in the Emergency Management Certificate Program at George Brown College. Alyxandra is a strong advocate for promoting the importance of workplace health and safety to all workers both new and young. Alyxandra has demonstrated an overall commitment to creating a healthy and safe working environment for all our valued clients.
Joining the Paramount Safety Consulting team in January 2017, Alyx began as a Safety Consultant performing client workplace site inspections, compliance audits, as well as incident/occurrence investigations. Alyxandra is now the office Assistant Manager, responsible for arranging, developing and supervising our clients Health and Safety training needs.
Alyxandra brings a fresh approach to developing Health and Safety training programs, producing engaging and interactive presentations, providing participants with lasting knowledge to ensure their health and safety at work.
Alyxandra is an instructor for a variety of training programs including Working at Heights, Confined Space, WHMIS/GHS, Basics of Supervision, Babysitting and her personal favourite, Asbestos Awareness. Currently working towards her CRSP and CHSC designations, she is dedicated to the commitment of Occupational Health and Safety.

Kristie is the newest member of Paramount Safety Consulting Inc., joining our team in early 2018. Kristie brings along a background in Human Resources and a passion for Health and Safety. Kristie has successfully obtained her Advanced Business Administration Diploma and recently graduated with Honors, obtaining a<em> Bachelor of Commerce Degree Specializing in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College.
Currently in the process of receiving her CHRP designation, Kristie is dedicated to providing clients with a fresh take on making compliance easy. Regardless if it’s health and safety regulations, human resources or employment standards she will ensure your organization meets full compliance.
In addition, Kristie provides training for a variety of workplace and equipment operator training programs including Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform and WHMIS/GHS. Kristie also performs client site inspections, compliance audits and incident investigations.
Kristie is committed to ensuring your Human Resources requirements meets or exceeds the Employment Standards Act.
Aline has made a lifetime career in HR and has worked for major brands such as Hudson’s Bay Company, Loblaw’s and Sears Canada and founder of Aline Ayoub HR Consulting. She is an award-winning coach and has been recognized by the Leadership Action Centre.
Aline is fully certified to administer Myers-Briggs personality style assessment tools and is a strategic business partner with Profile International, global employment assessment organization. She is an active member of Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). Aline is an avid blogger and author of the “The 10 Essentials Steps to Former Executive Immigrants Getting Their Dream Job.” She was featured in the Canadian Immigration magazine.
Aline is an expert in helping small businesses recruit and hire the right people through a unique hiring process she has developed. Aline is fully bilingual in English and French. She teaches at RDEE Ontario, organization that promotes economic development and employability in order to ensure the vitality and sustainability of all francophone communities in Ontario.
