Director of Health and Safety
Ben started his career in construction back in the early eighties, from supervising renovation project for the ICI sector to working in the construction sector as a cement finisher and construction craft worker. Ben was successful in managing a workplace of 1400 workers in one of Canada’s leading manufacturing Industries, as well as becoming the training co-ordinator for one of Ontario’s largest mechanical firms. During both contracts, Ben was responsible for the health and Safety program. He is an accredited training provider for the Canadian Red Cross and The Technical Standards Safety Authority (TSSA) CH-02. Ben is proud to achieve the Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) accreditation from the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers (CSSE), as well as being recognized by the Ministry Of Labour. Ben’s safety career stems back to when he received the Instructor scholarship from LIUNA local 837 along with the Workers Health and Safety Center, after obtaining many certifications in the Health and Safety industry. Ben is an accredited Construction Health and Safety Officer (CHSO) as well as a Registered Professional Trainer (RPT). Ben is an expert in hazard Identification, Health and Safety program implementation, and certification training. He is a leader in assisting organizations with improving their safety culture.

Aline has made a lifetime career in HR and has worked for major brands such as Hudson’s Bay Company, Loblaw’s and Sears Canada and founder of Aline Ayoub HR Consulting. She is an award winning coach and has been recognized by the Leadership Action Centre.
Aline is fully certified to administer Myers-Briggs personality style assessment tools and is a strategic business partner with Profile International, global employment assessment organization. She is an active member of Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). Aline is an avid blogger and author of the “The 10 Essentials Steps to Former Executive Immigrants Getting Their Dream Job.” She was featured in the Canadian Immigration magazine.
Aline is an expert in helping small businesses recruit and hire the right people through a unique hiring process she has developed. Aline is fully bilingual in English and French. She teaches at RDEE Ontario, organization that promotes economic development and employability in order to ensure the vitality and sustainability of all francophone communities in Ontario.
