Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) was established to to identify, remove, and prevent barriers for people with disabilities. This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the five standards under the Act and applicable requirements including: Customer Service, Information and Communications, Employment Standards, Transportation and Design of Public Spaces Standard.
Participants will receive information on the documentation, compliance, enforcement and reporting requirements.
