Quality Control & Cancellation Policy

 

Quality Control:

Our quality control program ensures that our products and services meet and exceed our client customers’ expectations. Paramount Safety Consulting strives to promote a high level of excellence, professionalism, and above all customer satisfaction.
Paramount Safety Consulting Training may cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, illness, or low number enrolment in our mandated training courses. Your registration and payment will be transferred to another course date at No Charge, a credit to your account will be issued by senior management approval.

Training Cancellation:

Participants that do not show up for the scheduled training will be subject to the full cost of the training.  Cancellations not made within 5 days of reserving seats will incur the full cost of registration of the participant(s). Training course registrations will not be confirmed with client unless training roster is emailed to the provider and training date and time scheduled and confirmed.
An administration fee of $25.00 per participant will be applied to any refund due to your cancellation request.
No Refunds when canceling less than 5 days prior to start of training course.

No Show = No Refund & No Credit

It is the responsibility of the client to inform the training provider of any changes to the training request immediately as they occur.  Paramount Safety Consulting Inc. reserves the right to cancel any training course due to course due to insufficient enrollment at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date.  All training materials required for training will be subjected to fees once initial order has been received.  Training materials to complete the course will be subjected to a 35% restock charge of materials upon cancellation of course.
No Refunds will be issued as a result of participants not achieving a passing grade.  Participants that disrupt the other participants during training, will be asked to leave the class.  They will be reported to the client immediately, will be disqualified from the course and will not receive a training certificate.

Translators:

Training assistance must be declared prior to commencement of training course.  Translators must attest to assisting the participant during the course. Translators must read the evaluation in the language required, give the choice of answers, and allow the participant to answer the question on their own, without being advised of the answer by the translator.  Translators that wish to participate in unethical code of conduct will be disqualified by the instructor and asked to leave the facility.  Participants must achieve a minimum grade of 75% or higher to achieve a passing mark.  Should the participant not achieve a passing mark, then the client will be notified of the result immediately in writing, and the participant rescheduled for training.

Code of Ethics:

Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative in communication and actions. Discuss differences and critiquing ideas in a non-confrontational manner with due regard for the viewpoints of others. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Report suspected inappropriate behaviors.
  • Harassment, which is defined for the purposes of this Code to include unwelcome or offensive verbal, visual, or physical contact, including conduct, comments, or images that a person would reasonably find offensive, demeaning, or hostile
  • Sexual harassment, which is defined for purposes of this Code to include unwelcome, unsolicited, and unreciprocated sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct or gesture of a sexual nature that has or that might reasonably be expected or be perceived to offend, humiliate, or intimidate another person
  • Exhibiting behavior that is unruly or disruptive, or that endangers health or safety, including any physical force whatsoever
  • Discriminatory conduct based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, nationality, disability, religion, political affinity, or any other characteristic protected by law
  • Deliberate intimidation, threatening, stalking, or following
  • Disruption of any portion of the Event, or any exhibitor or sponsor program or area
  • Destruction, theft, dismantlement, defacement, abuse, or intentional misuse of MPC or MPC contracted venues, property, equipment, signage, or supplies

Special Order:

Paramount Safety Consulting Inc. reserves the right to charge all  special orders approved by supplier or manufacturer  a 35% Restock | 2.99% Processing Charge fees. All Industry specific products that are ordered must be paid in full at time of order. No refunds on Special Orders indicated at time of order.
